How to Configure the Visibility Control Settings

Updated on November 16, 2021
Plugin Settings, Visibility Controls

The Visibility Controls tab is accessible via the Block Visibility settings page in the WordPress admin and allows you to enable and disable the available visibility controls, which includes all third-party integrations. Certain controls also have additional settings that can be configured.

This Visibility Control settings are very useful if you know that there are certain controls that you will never use. Simply disable them here to “declutter” the Visibility panel in the Block Editor.

Notes

  • When disabling a control, note that if there are blocks currently using that control, those blocks will become visible again unless there are other controls that are restricting visibility.
  • If you have Block Visibility Pro enabled, all Pro functionality will be indicated by a designated icon.
  • Third-party integration controls will appear at the bottom of the page in their own designated section. Integration settings will only display for third-party plugins that are installed and active on your WordPress site.
